"Jen Stawarz interjects her assertive nature into her approach to physical therapy and the results have been dramatic for me.

Her suggestions for exercise and lifestyle adjustments complimented her office sessions to create a rehabilitative synergy, which fit in exquisitely with the unique philosophy employed by the other therapists at Physical Therapy and Massage of CT.

I adhered to her suggestions, and subscribed to PTMMC's total-body approach, blending it with a positive mental mindset that has me believing I have found the most sensible route to better health."
